Items IN STOCK ship within 3 business
days of receipt of order. Some gold
plated chain has to be ordered in. This takes 1 week to get to us, then another 3 to 5 days to you.

Returns
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of items. Full
refunds are offered on defective items. Otherwise, exchanges only are accepted plus cost of shipping.
